The machine concept has been realized over 6 humbling years. From front office to dirty die cut modules, grease and ink. It has opened my eyes about how many things are wrong with most equipment. Not much though has gone into repairs, and sometimes worse.

My goal was to develop a machine that operators love, maintenance is at an absolute minimum. Servo drive option, even the line-shaft has minimal gears in the back of machine. Die stations come standard with 360 gearbox.

Tooling: Each machine is designed and built to fit YOUR tooling, not ours. Often we find that over 1000 pieces of tooling are in inventory. No need to buy adapters, or worse buy NEW tooling.  

New Technology: Imagine the efficiencies when replacing an old 7" Profeteer or Webtron. Use all your EXISTING tooling, but now running them on a dual axis servo press with modern technology.
